Cars shall not exceed 5.00 ounces in weight according to the official race scale.
Cars shall not exceed 7 inches in length.
Cars shall not exceed 2 3/4" in width.
Cars shall not exceed 6 3/4" in height.
Wheels shall not be cut or drilled. You may remove the seams and imperfections from the wheels.
All four wheels shall be attached to a single piece of pine wood.
Wheels shall not extend past the front or end of the car body.
The body shall not be shaped in a manner that extends past the starting pin.
Cars shall not impede the progress or otherwise interfere with other cars on the track.
Wheel bearings, washers, and bushings are prohibited.
Any plastic-safe lubricant may be used. Any lubricant that is dripping, or oozing will not be permitted.
The car shall not ride on any kind of spring.
The car must be free-wheeling, with no starting devices.
No loose materials of any kind are allowed in the car.
Cars must maintain 3/8" clearance to prevent scraping the track.
Cars may not be altered after passing inspection; however, graphite may be reapplied before the Championship Session.
